If you're under 12 years of age, your parent or guardian will need to give us the information as their permission for us to use it to provide you with a replacement card and/or to update the details we hold for you. ** If you are aged between 16 - 18 you are entitled to a bus concession card giving you one third of most bus fares and a voucher for a Scottish Youth Railcard giving you up to 50% off rail travel. IMPORTANT: If you have lost your railcard you need to ask for a replacement railcard at the rail station that exchanged your voucher and issued you a railcard.
